A ST Kilda retail property investment on the ground floor of the 72-apartment Luna Complex has sold for $551,700.
Sam Fogarty of Beller Commercial sold the property, which was picked up an investor for a SMSF.
The sale price reflected a 7% yield and building rate of $6,896 per sqm.
The 80sqm G5, 173 Barkly St, St Kilda space has was sold with five years left on the initial term of a lease to a local property development group who utilise the space as its office, and features a car park on title with communal roof top access.
