ANOTHER Rose Bay house with world class panoramic views has changed hands for with a top ticket price, with the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home suspected to have sold for around $40 million.
The luxury residence at 1 Rawson Road in Rose Bay was sold by company director David Pacanowski and his wife, Maxine, who undertook a six year transformation of the property, having paid $6,825,000 for the 679sqm block in late 2015.
The new residence was designed by Studio Johnston includes a lift, a pool, alfresco dining with a heated pergola and gas BBQ, a four-car garage, private access to New South Head Road and harbour and city skyline views.
The home is moments from the area’s harbour coves, Hermitage Foreshore Trail and Rose Bay village and within close proximity of some of Sydney’s top schools.
Paul Biller and Ben Torban from Biller Property managed the sale via an expressions of interest campaign. While the agents would not confirm the final sale price, the guide was set at $40 million.
Just last month, a house in Rose Bay changed hands for $38 million, in what was touted as one of the years top residential sales so far, in the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 2 Fernleigh Gardens.
