Located 14km from the CBD, the 13.6ha estate will comprise 582 apartments, townhouses and land allotments which will be progressively in stages over the next seven years.
The first stage was Solis consisted 45 apartments and has sold quickly with completion expected in the first quarter of 2016.
TA Global Berhad executive director Kimmy Khoo Poh Kim said the new is known as Illume and comprises 179 apartments in three five-level buildings designed by renowned architect Tony Caro, with Simon Mather of Mako Architecture as the co-design and documentation architect.
“We differentiate Little Bay Cove and the Illume apartments by providing a variety of design concepts and product types to give purchasers more choices according to their likes, budget and lifestyle,” she said.
McGrath Projects associate director Dennis Vertzayias said this is the last significant parcel of beachfront land in the eastern suburbs, and it already has the feel of a coastal resort, with lakes, wetlands, remnant bushland and walking trails.
“Undoubtedly a significant portion of potential buyers will come from the surrounding suburbs as they already appreciate the beauty and benefits of the area. But I’m sure everyone from broader Sydney who discovers Little Bay Cove will fall in love with its hidden charms,” Vertzayias said.
