A THAI restaurant at Bulleen in Melbourne’s north-east has sold to a local investor for $730,000.
Ray White Commercial Victoria’s Brett Diston sold the property at 108 Bulleen Rd on behalf of a private owner, with the price reflecting a 3.8% yield.
The 108sqm shop was sold with a 3+3+3-year lease to Tong Thai, returning $27,951 per annum net.
