DEVELOPER and builder Urban Property Group received approval for its multi-stage residential project in Sydney’s Edmonson Park, which will have an estimated end value of $215 million.
Designed by Cox Architecture, the 31,170 sqm project will deliver 178 townhouses – 73 three-bedroom and 105 four-bedroom townhouses – across three sites on Buchan Avenue in the south-west corridor.
“Edmondson Park is one of Sydney’s most dynamic and evolving suburbs, and we’re proud to contribute to its growth with this exciting new project,” said Patrick Elias, CEO of Urban Property Group, said:
“This development aligns with our commitment in delivering high-quality housing options across Sydney that meet the needs of families and individuals in vibrant, connected communities.”
The project will be positioned close to Edmondson Park train station, schools, shopping precincts, and green spaces.
Urban has two other projects awaiting DA approval in Edmonson Park, which include a mix of apartments, terraces and ground floor retail offerings. It also has other transport-orientated developments in Penrith, Macquarie Park and Paramatta – where it last year received approval for a $600 million dual-tower project centred around a build-to-rent offering.
Construction at Edmonson Park is set to commence in the first quarter of 2025 with completion of all stages anticipated by Q3 next year.
