USask Properties Investment has appointed Brad Zurevinski as its first president and chief executive.
He will lead the new independent development corporation, which has access to more than 1,000 acres of prime university endowment land.
Zurevinski has been involved in the development of 3,500 residential lots and 100 acres of multifamily and commercial lands. He joins from Dream Development Saskatoon, where he served as the general manager since 2013.
He also worked in urban development division at Stantec Consulting in Saskatoon as the managing leader.
The University of Saskatchewan established USask Properties to develop its endowment lands.
