LANDANAH Pty Ltd has bought a vacant office/warehouse property within the Angliss Industrial Estate in Laverton North for $2.7 million.
The 72 William Angliss Drive property comprises 2,621 sqm and was sold by CBRE’s Todd Grima, Tom Murphy and Harry Kalatzis, on behalf of Pesa Investments Pty Ltd.
Murphy said the vendor decided to take advantage of the healthy owner occupier market after focusing on a lease campaign for several months.
“Our team worked closely with the vendor throughout the campaign ensuring the best result was achieved on behalf of the vendor,” Murphy said.
