Corbel Commercial has the marketing assignment for the nine-story, 47,000 sq ft building at 402 West Pender Street. It is 97% leased.
Originally known as the British Columbia Securities Building when it was completed in 1912, the trophy building has seen nearly $4m of capital improvements. The property has a mezzanine level and storage locker facilities.
