QUEENSLAND developer Marquee Development Partners has launched its La Belle Palm Beach luxury apartment project on the Gold Coast’s largest remaining absolute beachfront site.
La Belle Palm Beach comprises 74 premium beachfront apartments across 14 levels on the 3,300sqm site at 332 The Esplanade, formerly owned by multiple world motorcycle champion Mick Doohan.
Boasting 40-metres of beach frontage, the apartments will include three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts with living spaces of between 150sqm and 680sqm designs priced from $2.15 million.
Designed by award-winning Cottee Parker Architects and detailed by BDA Architecture, the site will also include a collection of five double-storey beach homes, including up to 388sqm of living space.
“We’re taking full advantage of this extremely rare site to create a residential masterpiece that not only meets the needs of discerning buyers, but also remains true to the spirit that sets the southern Gold Coast apart,” said Jacques Winterburn, director of Marquee Development Partners.
“La Belle Palm Beach stands as Marquee’s crowning achievement, marking our 11th venture on the Gold Coast. With seven successful projects already completed and three more sold out and underway, we’re excited to be presenting another development that we know will resonate with owner-occupiers, as well as people seeking a holiday home.”
La Belle Palm Beach has already been drawing attention from local downsizers and interstate buyers.
“The interest in this site and this project has been quite amazing with many inquiries coming from several buyers whom have purchased in our earlier projects, underscoring the trust and satisfaction with Marquee and the projects we deliver,” said Azura Griffen, sales manager at Marquee Development Partners.
“We are seeing demand for our products holding up extremely well, especially for beachfront apartments where we know there is an acute shortage of supply. Quite simply this is the largest absolute beachfront project on the Gold Coast and we have designed a boutique tower around the scale of the site with a range of well-considered lifestyle amenities within the building to suit owner-occupiers.”
Amenities at the project will include a heated outdoor pool and spa, multiple teppanyaki dining bars and entertaining areas, and a resident’s lounge with a billiard room, bar and a large screen TV.
In addition to a wellness centre with a gymnasium, yoga and Pilates movement room, Nordic and Infrared saunas, indoor hydrotherapy hot pool and two cold plunge immersion baths.
La Belle Palm Beach will feature hotel style lobby with arrival lounge and private offices that are fully equipped meeting work-from-home needs.
This latest development comes after the sell-out success of Marquee’s $126 million Monterey Kirra Beach, where apartments sold for an average of $5.79 million each during the last three months.
“La Belle Palm Beach presents a unique opportunity where residents can seamlessly step straight onto the sand without navigating through roads or pedestrian pathways,” said Griffen.
“Situated next to a thriving small community surf lifesaving club and cafe, it provides the rare privilege of enjoying a year-round patrolled beach right at your doorstep and a sensational spot to catch up with friends for a café latte.”
Construction on La Belle Palm Beach is set to commence in July 2024.
