NETWORK devices and market solutions company, Zeptonics, has signed a new one year lease at 151 Clarence St Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Savills NSW.
Savills’ associate director office leasing Joshua Pails brokered the deal on behalf of Investa Property Group.
The 575 sqm lease was struck at a net rental rate of $570 per sqm gross.
