CVA Property Consultants has sold several commercial properties in Melbourne’s outer south eastern suburb of Rowville, totalling $3.835 million.
The first property at 1/ 4 Kerr Court, Rowville was purchased by Maser Australia for $1,585,000 ex GST, which is relocating from its current home at Geddes Street Mulgrave. The company has also appointed CVA Property Consultants to sell its 404 sqm Mulgrave office/warehouse property.
The Kerr Court property comprises a new office/warehouse totalling 903 sqm of space including 170 sqm of offices on 1,365 sqm site.
The second million dollar sale was at 2/ 20 Kingsley Close, where a local air conditioning company paid $1,550,000 ex GST for a modern office/warehouse.
The property comprises 1,160 sqm of space including 360 sqm of offices, 400 sqm laboratory on a land area of 1,309 sqm.
Finally at 3/ 67 Henderson Road, CVA Property Consultants has sold the last remaining block of industrial land in the Regal Business Park.
A local investor paid $700,000 ex GST for the 2,328 sqm site which they intend to develop an office/warehouse.
Nearby CVA Property Consultants have sold 70% of a 12 building business park located at 1498 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield opposite Bunning’s Hardware.
The agency is currently marketing the remaining office/warehouses of 279 sqm, 307 sqm and 344 sqm. Each building features air conditioned and carpeted offices totalling 55 sqm and offers a flexible area below the offices to add a showroom or additional offices STPA.
