A SHOP inside the Capitol Arcade at Swanston St in Melbourne's CBD has been leased by agents Fitzroys.
Fitzroys’ Andrew Hewett leased shop 5, 109-117 Swanston St, to hair salon Clash City Cuts for four years with options at a rate of $1,600 per sqm net.
Hewett was acting on behalf of a private investor with interests in other CBD properties.
Hewett said the 28 sqm approx fitted-out space has great frontage to Capitol Arcade, just off Melbourne’s busiest retail strip in Swanston St, and is situated in a strong location for fashion, footwear and accessories. There is also additional access from Presgrave Place.
“There was keen interest in the space from a range of tenants given its central location in the heart of Melbourne and the strong tenancy mix surrounding the property. Immediate neighbours include Phillipa’s Bakery, Alannah Hill, 7 Angels and Jeans West,” he concluded.
