The campus project is being developed by Colonial First State Global Asset Management’s Commonwealth Property Office Fund and Direct Property Investment Fund.
Bovis Lend Lease is responsible for the project management, design and construction of the project, which will complete Commonwealth Bank’s new Sydney Olympic Park campus.
The project has also being awarded a 5 Star Green Star Office Design Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.
Occupying two prime sites at Sydney Olympic Park, the development comprises two buildings known as Building 6 and Building 7. Together they will provide the Commonwealth Bank of Australia with 31,772 sqm of A-grade office space and 1,788 sqm of retail space within a new campus style office precinct.
The smaller building, known as Building 6, comprises 14,306 sqm and has reached practical completion. Building 7 covers 19,452 sqm and Bovis Lend Lease is on track to hand over the building in December this year, wrapping up the project.
