A LOCAL buyer has snapped up a restaurant within the Cotton Beach Resort at Casuarina on the far north coast of NSW for $620,000.
The 327 sqm building located at 130/685-707 Casuarina Way Casuarina was sold by Assi Dadon of Ray White Commercial on behalf of Consolidated Properties.
Dadon said the property sold within a week of the launch of an expression of interest marketing campaign.
“We had six inquiries and three inspections within the first week and the initial inquiry turned out to be the purchaser. The offer was cash unconditional which encouraged the owners to close the campaign earlier than planned.
“The restaurant includes a 112 sqm outdoor terrace and a secure store room and garbage room,” he said.
