Phil Higgins of Bawdens Industrial Sydney West marketed the property, which was auctioned by David Scholes of Auctionworks last week.

It is located in close proximity to Waldron Road shops and Sefton and Regent Park Railway Stations.
The property is now listed for lease with Metin Akpinar and Esin Akpinar of Commercial Property Partners Bankstown.
