SHAYHER Group has secured the international award-winning Zero95 Wood Fire Pizza Bar as the first retail tenant for its Pentridge Prison development in Melbourne’s inner-north.
The pizzeria has recently been awarded the world’s best margherita pizza at Naples’ largest pizza competition, the Caputa cup.
Its Pentridge restaurant, in Coburg, will have capacity for 200 seats and is its first expansion from its Doncaster site.
Pentridge will feature a piazza with laneway dining, a 120-apartment Adina Apartment Hotel and a 15-screen Palace Cinema.
