A NEW Hawthorn retail premises has resonated with Melbourne print music and bass and woodwind instrument retailer Fine Music, which has signed a five-year deal with a five-year option over the 228 Auburn Road site.
It will pay $55,000 per annum net over the 270 sqm premises, which includes an open-plan office and showroom and lock-up garage for two cars.
Teska Carson’s Luke Bissett and Fergus Evans negotiated the deal on behalf of a Melbourne-based private investor.
“Fine Music was looking for a location which was within easy reach of the CBD, which offered parking and public transport access in a creative environment , at an affordable rental, and which offered room to expand the business,” Bissett said.
Fine Music will move from its current home in Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
