A FINANCE company has leased a fully-fitted office suite in Sydney CBD’s Chifley Tower.
Savills’ Liz Braithwaite negotiated the four-year lease at $1,575 per sqm for the space, which has city and harbour views.
Braithwaite said the fitted suite contains a kitchen, boardroom and workstations, where were the ultimate drawcard for the new tenant.
