AN office building in Melbourne’s outer west, home to fresh fruit growers, packers and marketers Costa Group and living services provider Bolton Clarke has been put to the market by a fund managed by Trilogy Funds.
The three level building at 271-279 Robinsons Road in Ravenhall has a floor area of 3,126 sqm and is perched on 8,291 sqm of land with parking for 236 vehicles.
It currently returns $943,652 per annum plus GST.
Quinn Reynolds Property in conjunction with Savills have been appointed to sell the property by way of an expressions of interest campaign closing on 26th November.
“This investment is going to appeal to a wide range of buyers given it has had such a good history of occupancy, its modern presentation and the fact it is positioned in a massive growth area of Melbourne,” Quinn Reynolds Property’s Marcus Quinn said.
Julian Heatherich of Savills said office investment opportunities built in the last 15 years are easy to maintain and generally the most sought after among Melbourne metropolitan office assets.
“As we emerge from lockdown and the balance between working in the office and working from home normalises, we anticipate offices in the outer suburbs will appeal to those tenants seeking locations close to where their employees reside.”
He said the property currently has very few competing properties in the area.
