ONE of the Bellarine Peninsula’s most renowned vineyards and events venues, Terindah Estate, has been put to the market by the Slattery family with expectations of $15 million-plus.
Located at 90 McAdams Lane in Bellarine, Victoria, Terindah was developed by the late prominent property identity Peter Slattery and his wife Cate. It spans across 39.80 hectares and boasts a 5.73-hectare vineyard with a number of grape varieties, supported by an irrigation system and abundant water supply.
Terindah features multiple dining, entertaining, and wedding venues. The Shed offers panoramic views of the vineyard and surrounding environment with indoor and alfresco dining options for up to 80 patrons. Peter’s Odyssey Tram Bar – a fully refurbished W-Class tram with a surrounding deck – provides uninterrupted ocean views and can accommodate up to 90 patrons, while The Deck & Mezzanine has a capacity of up to 100.

The listing is with Savills’ Julian Heatherich, Benson Zhou and Kathryn Bassington, together with Elders’ Peter Lindeman, Henry Mackinnon and Nick Myer. Mark Wizel and Lewis Tong of Advise Transact are transaction managing the campaign on behalf of the vendors.
