MARQUEE Development Partners’ La Belle Palm Beach project has achieved more than $100 million in sales in less than two weeks since its launch.
Located at 332 The Esplanade, La Belle Palm Beach was launched last month and will span 14 levels and comprise 75 premium beachfront apartments in three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts and five double-storey beach homes.
“The speed at which La Belle Palm Beach has reached this sales milestone demonstrates the pent-up demand for premium beachfront residences in this coveted locale where buyers feel they can enjoy a peaceful beach setting yet be within walking distance to retail offerings of Palm Beach and Burleigh Heads,” said Azura Griffen, sales manager at Marquee Development Partners.
Sale prices at La Belle Palm Beach range from $2.5 million to $7 million, alongside receiving more than 1,000 enquiries, reflect the ongoing demand for luxury residential property on the Gold Coast.
“The majority of buyers have emerged from the Palm Beach and southern Gold Coast, with some from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne,” said Jacques Winterburn, director at Marquee.
“Buyers have loved the layouts, uniqueness of the absolute beachfront position and the amenities package reflective of the large beachfront site – more than 3,300 square metres with over 40 metres of absolute beach frontage – which we are spending more than $10 million enhancing with world-class amenities.”
Amenities will include a heated outdoor pool and spa, multiple teppanyaki dining bars, and a resident’s lounge equipped with a billiard room, bar, and large screen TV for gatherings.
With a wellness centre featuring a state-of-the-art gym, yoga and Pilates room, Nordic and Infrared saunas, indoor hydrotherapy hot pool, and two cold plunge immersion baths.
This in addition to a 5-star hotel-style lobby with Porte cochère drop off, an arrival lounge and fully equipped private offices, catering to work-from-home needs.
Last month, Marquee Development Partners’ Monterey Kirra Beach apartment project reached 100% sell out status with more than $125 million in total sales.
Construction on La Belle Palm Beach is anticipated to commence in June 2024.
