It is currently registered to Narinder Singh Khera, according to the B.C. Land Title and Survey Authority.
Century 21 Coastal Realty has the marketing assignment for the parcel.
The campaign notes the land is in a part of Surrey with one of the city’s highest elevations, offering the potential for views that won’t be obstructed by future developments.
The property is 5 km northeast of White Rock Pier and 40 km southeast of downtown Vancouver. It is also 3 km from the Campbell Heights industrial area, which includes grocery shopping and other amenities.
