A 4-plus-acre plot of land in Surrey, B.C., has sold for $14.5m to Langley-based Pollyco Group of Cos., Green Street News can reveal.
The parcel, at 3470 192nd Street in the North Campbell Heights area, is vacant with development potential. Marcus & Millichap had the marketing assignment on behalf of an unknown vendor.
The campaign noted the land is one of the last parcels of undeveloped land in the North Campbell Heights business district. The site previously was the subject of a proposal for a 90,000 sq ft business park and landscape strip. Plans were submitted to the City of Surrey in July 2023.
About 40 km southeast of downtown Vancouver, the property is also about 8 km from the Peace Arch border crossing. It is 5 km southwest of downtown Langley.
Pollyco Group of Cos. is a real estate development company with a history of building condominium projects.
