Hadley Duncan has joined Avison Young’s valuation and advisory services team as principal and senior director.
He began the role on June 5 and reports to Matthew McWatters, principal, executive vice president and Canadian leader of the same team. Duncan is based out of the firm’s Toronto headquarters.
In his new position, Duncan leads a team focused on industrial, land and office assessments. They serve clients across Ontario with a primary focus on the Greater Toronto Area.
Duncan comes to Avison Young from Colliers, where he spent over 12 years, most recently as executive director.
Making the move alongside him is George Grigoriadis, who has assumed the role of senior analyst on the valuation and advisory services team. Grigoriadis previously spent over five years at Colliers.
