A FIRST-time commercial property investor has bought a Moonee Ponds shop leased to BIBA Hairdressing for $1.54 million at auction.
Gorman Kelly’s Aldo Galante and Nick Breheny marketed 123 Puckle St for an owner that had held the property for over 40 years.
The shop of 161 sqm is on 190 sqm of land and returns an net annual rent of $75,431 plus GST.
