CENTRO Properties Group ha appointed Rob Wylie as a non-executive director.
Wylie has over 30 years of accounting, audit and corporate governance experience, primarily with Deloitte in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. He has held a number of executive roles at Deloitte including chairman and chief executive of the Australian practice, national managing director of corporate governance services in the US and deputy managing director Asia Pacific.
Wylie is a fellow and past national president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Meanwhile, Peter Wilkinson and Sam Kavourakis have tendered their resignations as directors as part of the renewal process of the board.
