Located at 200 St Georges Terrace, The Cloisters building date back to 1858 and is one of Perth`s remaining convict-built colonial buildings.
Geyer has leased the entire 240 sqm 1st floor, which will house its Perth`s operations. A $200,000 capital works upgrade and refurbishment is currently being completed.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the lease agreement commencing 1 May for six years. The commencing net rental is in the range of mid $400 per sqm plus outgoings.
Lewis said the site was an ideal opportunity for Geyer, whose brief was specifically for a historic building that could deliver a modern and functional internal space.
