INDUSTRY solutions specialist Bost Group has secured a new facility at Derrimut.
CBRE’s Todd Grima and Harry Kalaitzis negotiated the three-year lease of 50-58 Castro Way.
The 16,000sqm site comprises a 3,015sqm high clearance warehouse/workshop facility.
Grima said the large heavy duty hardstand and workshop gantry cranes were ideally suited for the tenant’s requirements.
