A HIGH-tech warehouse facility in Sydney’s western suburb of Silverwater has sold for $2.31 million following an expressions of interest campaign.
JLL’s David Lidgard and Marco Chiodo sold Unit A, 28-32 Egerton St, which has a 696 sqm building comprising a high-clearance warehouse and office space over two levels, and 11 on-site parking spaces.
Zoned Industrial 1, it was offered with vacant possession and potential for a leaseback deal on mezzanine space.
It is positioned just off Silverwater Road and close to the M4 Motorway.
