CANBERRA developer JWLand has made a foray into Melbourne, launching a new residential development in Ivanhoe East.
JWLand has hit the ground running after acquiring a 1.52-hectare site, an amalgamation of 15 titles in April.
The project will comprise 107 apartments and 11 townhouses.
JWLand head of development Anthony Cuzzupi said the launch in Victoria follows the company’s success in Canberra.
“Ivanhoe East represents our first foray into the Victorian market and we are wholly committed to delivering a quality development that integrates and uplifts existing neighbourhood characteristics,” Cuzzupi said. “In the early design phases of this project we undertook extensive community consultation to ensure our vision aligned with community expectations, enhancing liveability for existing and future residents.”
Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2018 and marketing for the first stage release will commence early next year.
