A LOCAL owner occupier has purchased a Carnegie corner retail shell at the base of an apartment complex and licenced for use as a restaurant for $1.35 million.
Savills’ Julian Heatherich, Benson Zhou and Glenn Ye sold the vacant 196 sqm premises at 323 Neerim Road.
The strata property has a total 28-metre frontage and was offered with a permit for 110 patrons, liquor licence and indoor and outdoor seating, and with a red line plan, grease trap and waste disposal agreement in place.
It is on the ground floor of the four-level Nina apartment complex and is a short distance from the Koornang Road retail precinct.
