LOCAL investors have picked up a Cheltenham office and warehouse property in Melbourne’s south-east bayside region for $2.4 million, winning out from six bidders at auction.
CVA’s John Nockles and Seamus Bolst sold 140 Bernard Street, which fetched $200,000 above reserve after interest from investors, developers and owner occupiers.
On a site of 3,243 sqm, the property has a 1,740 sqm building with four container height roller doors, and ground and first floor office and showroom space of 866 sqm, and 25 parking spaces.
