Colliers has hired Amanda Fediuc as managing director of its Toronto North office, Green Street News can reveal.
Fediuc started the new role on April 14, and she reports to Peter Garrigan, executive managing director, Greater Toronto Area. The position is based in Colliers’ Toronto North office at 3389 Steeles Avenue East.
Some of Fediuc’s near-term objectives include leading the Toronto North brokerage team across all sectors, growing the team of advisors there, and supporting and accelerating the firm’s client services.
Fediuc joins Colliers from CBRE, where she was a commercial real estate advisor. Before that, she led CBRE’s Southwestern Ontario office as managing director for over two years.
