Groupe Magma is shopping two industrial buildings in Laval, Qué., for $7.5m, Green Street News can reveal.
The buildings, at 1190 Montée Masson, span roughly 11,000 sq ft, translating to $665/sq ft. Colliers has the marketing assignment on behalf of the Québec-based construction and real estate development company, which occupies the facility.
1190 Montée Masson comprises an 11,000 sq ft warehouse and 600 sq ft of office space. Built in 1976, the warehouse was upgraded in 2020 to add nine ground-level truck doors. It now has 11 access points.
According to marketing materials, outdoor storage is permitted and there is a secured yard.
The property is in the Montée Masson industrial park, 2 km from Highways 440 and 25, and 5 km from Highway 19.
