A CROYDON retail investment has sold under the hammer for $1.475 million, on a yield of 4.25%.
The 369sqm 168 Main Street property has a building area of 211sqm was sold with two leases, including to Italian restaurant Littorio’s, returning a total of $63,000 per annum net.
The property was sold by Allard Shelton’s Joseph Walton.
It is located in a Major Activity Centre as per the Melbourne 2030 Metropolitan Strategy. The sale price reflected a building rate of $6,990 per sqm and land rate of $4,000 per sqm.
