A LOCAL buyer has purchased the 4,187-hectare Deepbank Station, near Mundubbera in Queensland’s Wide Bay-Burnett region, for $4 million.
CBRE agents Thomas Warriner, Chris Holgar and Geoff Warriner sold the property on behalf of the McCord family, which have had a connection to the region over six generations.
The site is used for breeding and fattening, and includes six dams and three creek systems.
