A LOCAL private developer has paid $680,000 plus GST for a site at Sunnybank Hills in Brisbane's south.
JLL’s Queensland sales & investments senior negotiator Sam Byrne sold the 2,274 sqm at 485 Hellawell Rd property, 15km from the city, on behalf of a local private owner.
Byrne said the sale campaign attracted over 5) enquiries that resulted in nine offers to purchase and was ultimately sold to a local private group who intends to sub-divide the site into residential lots.
