A LOCAL owner occupier looking to relocate their business has snapped up a freestanding office and warehouse property in Dandenong for $950,000 before auction.
Andrew Loudon and Murray Barker of Crabtrees sold 48 Dingley Avenue, which has a 673 sqm building area on a 973 sqm site and secure loading and parking area.
“With such strong demand in the market place for quality second hand buildings and such little supply we had a solid level of enquiry with an offer presented to the owners prior to auction,” Loudon said.
The property, in Melbourne’s south-east, is located close to the Dandenong CBD and Eastlink.
