Colliers has the marketing assignment for the property, at 1805 50e Avenue, pitching it as ideal for an owner-operator. The asking price works out to $277/sq ft.
Built in 1987, the building comprises 57,000 sq ft of warehouse space with 18 ft clearance heights and 3,600 sq ft of office space spread across two floors. The warehouse has four truck-level doors, one drive-in door and a 30-by-30 ft column span.
The property, on 2 acres, is fully leased to Artika with approximately two years remaining on the lease. The tenant is subject to a 60-day termination clause.
