THE 15,900-hectare Wolston Station in north-western Queensland has sold for $2.95 million.
The property was purchased by the Entriken family from Hervey Bay following a sales campaign handled by Tim McHugh of Hogan and McHugh and Luke Westaway of TopX.
The fully-enclosed fattening site has stock-proof fencing and is divided into eight main paddocks and eight holding paddocks. There are three flowing artesian bores. Improvements includes a timber four-bedroom homestead.
The property comprises fertile gently undulating open downs country with flagstone ridges, lightly timbered with vine-tree and whitewood trees, and features Mitchell and Flinders grasses.
