OPTOMETRISTS EyeQ has signed a long term lease for retail space in Camberwell.
Fitzroys’ Chris James negotiated the 7+5+5-year deal for the 87 sqm ground floor space at 670 Burke Rd at $85,000 per annum net.
“This prime retail space on the corner of Prospect Hill Road, and close to The Well shopping centre and Camberwell Junction attracted strong enquiry from a range of operators, including optometrists, apparel retailers, womenswear and hair salons,” he added.
James said there has been growing enquiry in the key inner-east precinct as developments such as Camberwell Village, Hawthorn Park and others nearby come online.
