LOCAL manufacturer Advanced Boilers and Combustion have secured a high-clearance factory warehouse at auction for $1.835 million.
The 1,297 sqm building is on a 2,334 sqm site at 54-56 Buckland Street in Melbourne’s south-east middle ring industrial hub of Clayton, and was marketed with development upside.
Crabtrees Real Estate’s Chris McKenzie, who sold the property with colleague Matthew Marenko, said the new owner has outgrown their current facility.
“Competition was fierce on the day emphasising the strong demand for industrial facilities in the current industrial market,” McKenzie said.
