FELTHAM Property Group is launching a $52 million boutique community in Brisbane’s inner west blue-chip suburb of Taringa, with its Oakman Residences.
Sitting around 5km south-east of the Brisbane CBD, the project is set to comprise 17 oversized executive apartments, six full-floor sky homes and one of the state’s oldest surviving homes “Kaieta”, an 1890s federation Queenslander set to be fully restored and sold as part of the development.
“Enjoying absolute park-frontage, Oakman Residences is nestled on the border of one Brisbane’s most prestigious schools, BBC, and just a short walk from café’s restaurants, public transport links and the Brisbane River,’’ said Cameron Feltham, director at Feltham Property Group.
Potential residents will also enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a circular infinity-edge pool, an outdoor dining zone, floating timber deck and fire-pit.
“Typically to find a new home in the inner west of Brisbane that would reflect the quality, size and location comparable to Oakman Residences, you would need to spend $2.8m – $3.2m, however those homes still don’t have concrete ceilings and walls, nor do they overlook parkland or enjoy resort-style amenity,’’ added Feltham.
The three-bedroom executive residences have been scaled at the size of a standard home and are priced from $1.89 million, while the sky homes start at $1.99 million.
“Oakman Residences offers a true low-maintenance housing alternative without compromise, built, and finished to the highest standard, in a highly sought-after location,’’ concluded Feltham.
