Get Living has appointed former chief executive of Savills, Jeremy Helsby, as its new non-executive chairman.
The BTR specialist formed by Delancey and backed by its client fund DV4, Qatari Diar, APG and Oxford Properties, has brought Helsby on board to provide following his retirement from Savills last year after four decades at the firm. He will also join the supervisory board.
Get Living has 3,000 flats in London and Manchester at East Village on London’s Olympic Park, Elephant Central in Elephant and Castle Town Centre and the newly opened New Maker Yards in Manchester. It has a further 5,000 flat pipeline across London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow..
