The vacant site, at 41723 Cannor Road in West Chilliwack, has been serviced and prepared with gravel. Century 21 Coastal Realty has the marketing assignment.
Zoned M2 for heavy industrial, the property can be used for food processing, general manufacturing or warehousing, among other options, according to the campaign.
The site is less than a kilometre north of Highway 1 and is next door to Langley Concrete and construction-equipment supplier Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.
The location offers swift access to the Fraser Valley and British Columbia’s interior, while downtown Vancouver is 75 km northwest.
Chilliwack is a city of about 100,000 residents 25 km from the Abbotsford International Airport.
