LANTERN Hotel Group has sold the Uncle Bucks Hotel at Mount Druitt for $25.3 million, a 30.5% premium to the June 30 book value.
The transaction includes the freehold and business of the Uncle Bucks Hotel and adjacent commercial precinct, totalling 5,640 sqm.
Lantern said the sale price of $25.3 million represents a 30.5% premium to the 30 June 2016 book value and completion of the sale is expected to occur in early February 2017.
The property last changed hands in 2005 for $18 million.
