CITY Pacific has made two new appointments to the board.
John Michael Ellis and Phillip Graeme Downie have joined as non-executive directors.
Ellis is a partner at Minter Ellison’s Gold Coast law firm. He has been a legal adviser to City Pacific Ltd and its related entities and is a member of the executive committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Gold Coast) branch and is also a long-serving member of the UDIA’s communications and legislation committee.
Downie is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants who maintains an involvement with professional practice.
He was chairman of the Brisbane Lions Football Club Ltd for six years and served over 15 years on the board of that Club.
