HANDMADE furniture designer and manufacturer, Mahogany by Hand, has leased a warehouse at Moorabbin in Melbourne’s south-east.
The 110-118 Cochranes Rd property comprises a 1,340 sqm office and warehouse facility including a first floor office showroom of 550 sqm as well as 15 on-site car spaces.
Savills’ Gareth Jackson negotiated the deal and said the tenant will pay circa $125,290 per annum on a three-year lease with options.
Jackson said Mahogany, which has been in Moorabbin for 30 years, was in the market for a property which offered operational efficiencies, room for business growth and a location which was convenient for both staff and clients.
“It was a very good fit for Mahogany’s requirements and offered excellent exposure in a location which offered minimal disruption for current staff and clients,” Jackson said.
