A LOCAL manufacturer has purchased an office and warehouse in Rowville for $1.64 million, from previous owner occupier Flamestop.
Crabtrees agents Gavin Dumas and Megan Miles sold 4/23 Kelletts Road, which comprises 286 sqm of office space and high clearance warehousing of 875 sqm.
Miles said Flamestop had outgrown 4/23 Kelletts Road and purchased the larger property at 13 Kelletts Road, also in a deal through Crabtrees.
