THE New South Wales Government has sold an office and warehouse facility in Sydney’s northern suburb of Hornsby for $3.7 million.
Rebecca Roberts of CI Australia marketed the 7 Hornsby Street property, which sold under the hammer at Auctionworks.
It encompasses 842 sqm and has a 771 sqm building and on-site secure parking.
The sale includes a leaseback agreement to the NSW Government of 1+1 years with a net income of $86,352 per annum.
The property is metres from the Pacific Highway and near Hornsby train station.
